Consent to personal data processing

Consent
By ticking the consent box when signing up, or by signing in with Telegram for the first time, I freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously consent, of my own will and in my own interest, to individual entrepreneur Kuschiy Stepan Romanovich (the Operator), contact noreply@autoposter.one, processing my personal data under Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Data: name, email, Telegram ID and username, data of the platform accounts I connect, my content and publishing data, support messages, payment records, IP address, browser and device data, cookie identifiers.
Purposes: creating and running my account; publishing my content to the platforms I choose; payments and receipts; support and service notices; account security; visit statistics.
Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means.
Processing on the Operator's behalf and transfers: the hosting provider (АО «ИОТ», Российская Федерация); the payment provider Platega (platega.io); the platforms I connect myself, including ones located abroad; Telegram; the language model provider when I use AI features; an IP geolocation service — as described in the Privacy policy.
Term and withdrawal: the consent is valid until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it by writing to noreply@autoposter.one. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where the law or the contract allows further processing.
