How to post one video to every network at once
Prepare one universal file
For short videos make a vertical 9:16, 1080×1920 MP4 (H.264, AAC audio) up to 60 seconds: every platform accepts it without cropping. For long videos on YouTube, Rutube and VK Video use horizontal 16:9.
A caption per network
- YouTube: a clear title and keywords in the first lines of the description.
- VK and OK: 2–4 natural sentences, no long hashtag lists.
- Telegram and Max: a short lead-in and a link if needed.
- Dzen: 2–3 sentences, no hashtags.
- TikTok and Reels: one line and 3–5 hashtags.
In the post form switch to "Own text for each network". The AI button drafts captions for all chosen platforms at once; you just edit them.
Timing
Release everywhere at once or spread it out, e.g. Telegram in the morning, VK at lunch and YouTube in the evening, using several queued posts or slots.
