Refund policy

1. Basis

These rules are part of the Terms of service. They follow Art. 782 of the Russian Civil Code and Art. 32 of the Consumer Protection Law: you may cancel services at any time and pay only for what was actually provided.

2. What can be refunded

• Unused balance — in full.
• A paid plan — cancel at any time and get back the unused full days: amount paid × days left ÷ days in the period (30 or 365). The account moves to the free Start plan.
• A duplicate or mistaken payment — in full.
• Our fault — if the Service did not work for reasons on our side, you may choose a price reduction for the downtime, a free extension, or cancellation with a refund for the unused days.

3. What is not refunded

Days already used; promo and referral bonuses and the free trial (they were never paid for); the free plan. Blocking or moderation by a platform is not our fault, but you can still cancel the remaining days.

4. How to ask

Write to support in the dashboard or to noreply@autoposter.one from your account email: the account email, what you want refunded and, if you like, why. We reply within 10 calendar days and send the money within 10 calendar days of the request, back to the card or account you paid from, through Platega (platega.io). Your bank may take up to 30 days to credit it. Companies paying by invoice get refunds to their bank details on the basis of a letter.

5. Fees and receipts

Consumers are refunded without deducting payment fees. A refund receipt (or a correction in the My Tax app for self-employed sellers) is issued as the law requires.
