Terms of service (public offer)

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Kuschiy Stepan Romanovich (the Contractor) to any person with full legal capacity (the User) to enter into an agreement on the terms below (the Agreement), under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The offer is accepted by signing up with the consent box ticked, or by signing in with Telegram for the first time; for paid services, also by payment (Art. 438(3)). Acceptance is full and unconditional.

1.3. Users may be individuals aged 18+, entrepreneurs or companies. Individuals buying for personal needs are protected by the Russian Consumer Protection Law.

1.4. The Refund policy, the Privacy policy and the pricing on the Pricing page form part of the Agreement.

2. Subject

2.1. The Contractor provides remote access to the Autoposter service at https://autoposter.one within the chosen plan, and the User pays for paid services. The Service lets you upload content, write captions (including with AI), schedule posts, send them automatically to the platforms you connect through their official APIs on your behalf, see stats and comments, work as a team with approvals, and run a public link-in-bio page.

2.2. The Service is not a platform and does not control platforms. Publishing, moderation and distribution on a platform follow that platform's rules.

3. Plans, balance and payment

3.1. Prices on the Pricing page at the time of payment prevail. The Start plan is free with no time limit. New accounts get the Pro plan free for 7 days, then move to Start with no charge.

3.2. Paid services are prepaid. The User tops up the balance through Platega (platega.io) by bank card, the Faster Payments System (SBP) or another method shown on the payment page. Payment is complete when the payment provider confirms it.

3.3. The balance is an advance for the Contractor's services in roubles; it is not electronic money, earns no interest and cannot be transferred.

3.4. A plan is activated by debiting its price for a month (30 days) or a year (365 days) from the balance. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge: when the period ends, the account moves to Start and your content stays.

3.5. Price changes never affect a period already paid for. Promo and referral bonuses and the trial are free and non-refundable.

3.6. A fiscal receipt is issued under Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22 May 2003 and sent electronically to the email given at payment.

4. How the service works

Access is provided around the clock except for maintenance. Platforms may process, moderate or reject uploads; the Service sends content at the scheduled time and shows the platform's response. AI features suggest text and may be inaccurate; you decide what to publish. AI requests have a daily limit.

5. Content

5.1. You are responsible for your content complying with Russian law and platform rules, including advertising labelling and reporting, protection of children, intellectual property and the rules for page owners with an audience over 10,000.

5.2. Spam, illegal content, malware, infringing material and circumventing platform limits are not allowed. The Contractor may suspend sending specific content or access to the Service on breach, with notice.

5.3. You keep all rights to your content and grant the Contractor a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the term of the Agreement to store, reproduce, technically process (compression, previews, frames for checks) and send it to the platforms you choose, and to show it to your team, to people with your approval link and on your public link-in-bio page if you turned it on.

6. Platforms

Platforms are third parties. The Contractor is not liable for their API changes, limits, moderation, blocking or restricted access not caused by the Contractor. If a platform stops its API, the integration may be switched off; you may then cancel the rest of your paid period under the Refund policy.

Instagram and Facebook are owned by Meta Platforms Inc., whose activities are recognised as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation.

7. Teams

The Studio plan owner can invite up to 5 people including themselves, assign roles and remove members at any time, and is responsible for members' actions in the Service.

8. Liability

Liability follows Russian law. For entrepreneurs and companies, the Contractor's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the current period; lost profits are excluded. Liability to consumers follows the Consumer Protection Law and is not limited by this Agreement. Force majeure releases both parties (Art. 401(3) of the Civil Code).

9. Term, changes and termination

The Agreement runs from acceptance until terminated. You may terminate at any time by deleting the account or writing to noreply@autoposter.one; refunds follow the Refund policy. The Contractor may terminate on material breach with email notice, refunding the unused balance and unused part of the period. New versions of the offer are published here at least 10 days before they take effect; they never change price or limits of a period already paid for.

10. Claims and disputes

Send claims to noreply@autoposter.one; we reply within 10 calendar days. Unresolved disputes go to court under Russian jurisdiction rules; consumers may choose the court at their place of residence (Art. 17 of the Consumer Protection Law). Russian law applies.
