Workflow and teams
How to get a post approved by a client via a link
Roles
- The owner pays for the plan and manages the team: up to 5 people including the owner.
- Editors publish directly and approve others' posts.
- Authors prepare posts that go out only after approval.
Client link
Each post awaiting approval has a private link. The client needs no account: they see the video, the caption per network and the time, then leave a name and a decision. Requested changes go back to the author with the comment.
